Branches / Outlets

What differentiates branches from outlets is that branches are located in different areas and can’t run on the same system. The solution will be placing a server in each branch to be later on synchronized. I-DAW Platform includes an advanced central office management with a synchronization module that integrates the data from all branches over the internet into one database in the main office; it also allows the main office to make any changes and sends the update to all the branches. After synchronization, all data will be updated correspondingly in all branches.
In the case of multiple branches/ outlets, the reports can be either generated by branch/ outlet or as a consolidated report for all branches/ outlets. |

Work Offline

This feature solves the problem of outdoor salesmen by reducing time consuming, paper works, and speed in closing deals.
We created a module which works offline and synchronize the data with the server when connected.
We recommend using a machine with 3G connection to allow a periodic data synchronization, however the salesman can work the whole day without any connection and synchronize the data when he comes back to the office using WI-FI.
